United Group is seeking a Senior Business Applications Specialist to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves becoming the IT focal point for the Sales, Logistics, and Procurement business domains within a growing manufacturing organization.

Role Overview

The Senior Business Applications Specialist will partner closely with business stakeholders to improve processes, deliver SAP enhancements, and support strategic transformation initiatives across the Group. This position offers the opportunity to work on large-scale SAP initiatives, system integrations, and business transformation projects.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead functional analysis and solution design for SAP Sales, Logistics, and Procurement processes.
• Configure and enhance SAP and related business applications.
• Partner with business users to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Support strategic initiatives including SAP landscape harmonization, SalesBuzz integration, Weighbridge integration, Fleet Management, Process automation, and Enterprise integrations.
• Coordinate with external AMS partners and implementation consultants.
• Support testing, deployments, and production releases.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Ensure proper documentation, governance, and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience. The salary for this position will be disclosed during the recruitment process.
