The Role of Senior Business Development Associate

Tamer Services Company is seeking a Senior Business Development Associate for its Workforce Solutions team. This full-time role is based in Jeddah or Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and requires approximately 3-6 years of experience in a services-based industry. The ideal candidate will have a background in talent services, recruitment, executive search, PEO/EOR, or business process outsourcing.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline to generate new business opportunities.
• Drive revenue across all service areas offered by the company.
• Support the development of new service concepts.
• Form strategic partnerships and expand the partner network to enhance service offerings.
• Actively contribute to building proposals, pricing structures, and commercial presentations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Approximately 3-6 years of experience in a services-based industry, preferably in talent services or similar service-oriented sectors.
• Proven ability to build and manage sales pipelines and drive revenue.
• Strong understanding of business models and financial logic, with the ability to interpret numbers.
• Demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and leverage a professional network.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and representation skills.
• Self-managed and highly self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
• Strong reporting discipline and clear communication with management, clients, and internal teams.
