The Role: Senior PR Account Manager

GEN PLUS Group is seeking a Senior PR Account Manager to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves close collaboration with executives and various departments to formulate and implement compelling communication strategies. The Senior PR Account Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing a project's brand, reputation, and corporate narrative. This role requires an individual capable of driving effective communication initiatives within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement public relations strategies aimed at enhancing brand visibility.
• Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to create communication materials, including press releases, media pitches, and various content types.
• Proactively identify opportunities to position senior executives as thought leaders in the industry.
• Stay informed of industry trends and media coverage, conducting analyses to identify opportunities and potential challenges.
• Manage public relations initiatives to support events, product launches, and other organizational endeavors.
• Offer strategic guidance to executives and various departments on communication-related matters.
• Coordinate schedules and plans for corporate communication initiatives, ensuring cohesive and effective execution.
• Devise and implement internal communication campaigns and projects.
• Craft internal presentations and speeches, ensuring alignment with organizational messaging.
• Collaborate with the creative team, including copywriters and designers, by storyboarding or effectively conveying ideas.
• Supervise and lead a small team, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Candidate Profile and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in public relations or a related communication field.
• Demonstrated capability to formulate and implement compelling communication strategies.
• Proven ability to oversee brand, reputation, and corporate narrative.
• Experience in driving effective communication initiatives within dynamic environments.
