About the Role

Greener by IHCC is seeking an experienced Sustainability Consultant to join its team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves leading and managing sustainability certification projects and supporting clients in achieving green building certifications. The role contributes to delivering high-performance sustainable solutions across Saudi Arabia and the MENA region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sustainability certification projects, including LEED, Mostadam, WELL, and TRUE.
• Develop certification strategies and sustainability roadmaps for clients.
• Review project documentation to ensure sustainability compliance.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Prepare and submit all necessary certification documentation.
• Monitor the implementation of sustainability measures during the construction phase.
• Prepare comprehensive technical reports and certification submissions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Sustainability or Green Building Consultancy.
• Demonstrated experience on at least two LEED-certified projects.
• Strong understanding of sustainability certification processes.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD.

Professional Certifications

• LEED AP (Required)
• Mostadam AP (Preferred)
• WELL AP (Preferred)

Work Location and Type

This full-time position is based in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role supports projects within the Makkah region.
