About the Role
Bayut | dubizzle is seeking a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their recruitment team. This full-time position supports the attraction and hiring of top talent by coordinating the recruitment process, managing job postings, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Bayut is committed to providing the best online search experience and is part of the Dubizzle Group, a collective of strong classifieds brands trusted by over 200 million monthly users.
Core Responsibilities
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will play a key role in managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. This includes assisting with the management of job openings across various platforms, tracking applicant responses, and maintaining accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). The role also involves acting as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates, and ensuring a smooth and positive recruitment journey.
Key Duties and Tasks
- Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Post job openings on various platforms and track applicant responses.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Supporting Recruitment Operations
Further responsibilities include supporting onboarding activities for new hires and preparing essential recruitment-related documents such as offer letters and contracts. The coordinator will also be responsible for maintaining and updating recruitment reports and dashboards, and assisting with employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and recruitment events to enhance the company's talent attraction efforts.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must not have previously benefited from the Tamheer Program.
- Must have no work experience for the last 6 months.
