About the Role

Olayan Energy Ltd is seeking a Technician 1 to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time role involves performing essential maintenance and repairs to equipment, ensuring all work adheres to manufacturer's standards. The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of experience in a relevant technical field.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently carry out repairs, calibrations, and troubleshooting on various types of equipment.
• Provide assistance and support to other team members as required to ensure task completion.
• Diagnose, analyze, and rectify all types of faults using manufacturer-provided information and guidelines.
• Maintain required levels of Utilization, Productivity, and Efficiency, aligning with manufacturer's standard times.
• Ensure strict adherence to company and manufacturer's policies and procedures in all operations.
• Maintain the highest level of professional standards when interacting with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
• Offer technical advice and guidance to both customers and internal colleagues.
• Comply with all Health and Safety regulations and safe working practices.
• Maintain a thorough and up-to-date knowledge of products and actively participate in relevant training courses.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a technical role, performing maintenance and repairs.
• Demonstrated ability to perform repairs, calibrations, and troubleshooting independently.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and rectifying faults using manufacturer's specifications.
• Strong understanding and adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with product knowledge.
