We are a diversified group based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, specializing in manpower solutions, logistics, and digital communication. As part of our mission to align with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030, we are looking for a detail-oriented Translator & HS Coding Agent for a 3-month project.

Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate translation and classification of inbound dutiable shipments to KSA while maintaining high quality and compliance standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Translating all inbound dutiable shipments to KSA in detail.
  • Generating Customs Harmonized Tariff codes for line items from invoices.
  • Reviewing and checking invoices of dutiable shipments.
  • Communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Reporting to work on time as per duty roster.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Translation, International Trade, Logistics, or similar).
  • Excellent command of Arabic and English; experience with commercial/shipping documents preferred.
  • Strong understanding of customs procedures and HS coding.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective organizational and communication skills.

  • Prior knowledge of accounting systems or ERP solutions is preferred.
