We are seeking a talented professional to lead our visual merchandising strategy across multiple stores in Saudi Arabia. The Area Visual Merchandiser will play a crucial role in enhancing the brand's image and ensuring an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Position Objective:
As the Area VM, you will oversee the execution of visual merchandising across a large area, ensuring that it aligns with our brand identity. Your responsibilities will include mentoring Senior VMs and VMs, conducting market research, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to optimize visual merchandising for commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Image & Visual Merchandising Execution:
  • Lead the visual merchandising efforts in multiple stores, ensuring high-quality execution aligned with brand goals.
  • Strategize and execute window displays, in-store layouts, and promotional setups to maintain visual standards.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate objectives and market insights.
  • Review visual displays periodically for consistency and effectiveness.
  • Adjust floor plans based on customer behavior and sales data.
• Collaboration & Strategic Alignment:

The Area VM is also responsible for collaborating cross-functionally to optimize visual merchandising for commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Image & Visual Merchandising Execution:
  • Lead and guide Senior Visual Merchandisers and Visual Merchandisers in multiple stores, ensuring the execution of high-quality visual merchandising aligned with the brand’s image and commercial goals.
  • Strategize and oversee the design, planning, and execution of window displays, in-store layouts, and promotional setups, ensuring consistent visual standards across all locations.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate objectives, share market insights, provide creative direction, and address challenges.
  • Ensure visual consistency across stores by regularly reviewing visual displays, layouts, and product placement.
  • Develop and adjust floor plans and product zoning based on sales trends, customer behavior, and market insights to enhance customer engagement and sales.
  • Monitor the performance of visual strategies in collaboration with in-store teams, adjusting displays as necessary to maximize commercial opportunities.
• Collaboration & Strategic Alignment:
  • Collaborate closely with the operations, buying, and brand management teams to align visual merchandising strategies with inventory levels, promotional activities, and sales targets.

ROLE SUMMARY
The Visual Merchandiser is responsible for coordinating and executing appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead customers into and through the entire store, providing an excellent in-store experience. The role contributes to sales objectives through effective product placement and visual display, converting window shoppers into prospects and creating ambiance for ongoing return customers.

ROLE PROFILE

• Responsible for translating the Visual Merchandising Plan through execution of creative windows, product placements, props, and floor designs to attract and engage customers.
• Execute seasonal floor plans, launches, and floor changes.
• Liaise with contractors and suppliers to coordinate the production and installation timeline.
• Enhance brand presence through creative ideas while being cost-sensitive and contributing to cost-saving initiatives when possible.
• Ensure brand standards are maintained at all times while upholding the marketing & communications principles of MAF Fashion.
• Stay sensitive to new trends in visual merchandising and aware of customer preferences to elevate the in-store experience.
• Maintain good rapport with marketing, merchandising, logistics, and store teams for collaborative efforts towards effective visual merchandising.
• Implement store signage programs according to commercial guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Certificate.
• Fluent in English.
• 35 years of experience within the VM or fine arts field.
• Attention to detail.
