We seek a talented Visual Merchandiser who will enhance our brand identity and elevate our customers’ shopping experiences.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Visual Display Execution: Plan, execute, and maintain visually appealing displays in boutiques and retail spaces according to brand guidelines.
Brand Standards Compliance: Create VM guidelines and ensure consistency across all locations while adapting layouts based on boutique size and customer flow.
Campaign & Launch Support: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for new collection launches and promotions.
Product Presentation & Rotation: Regularly update product displays and ensure accurate pricing and tagging.
Training & Collaboration: Train boutique staff on VM principles and provide ongoing support to ensure commercial objectives are met.
Store Maintenance & Inventory: Monitor VM props and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.
Reporting & Feedback: Conduct regular boutique visits, prepare visual merchandising reports, and provide feedback on implementation and customer response.
