About the Role

Al-Futtaim Automotive, through FAMCO, is seeking a Warehouse Administrator - Construction Equipment to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time role is essential for supporting the daily administrative functions within the warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate operations related to construction equipment.

Role Purpose

The Warehouse Administrator will be responsible for maintaining precise warehouse records, managing documentation, and updating system information. This position plays a key role in coordinating operational activities to ensure smooth receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch processes within the warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the daily administrative requirements of warehouse operations.
• Maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation.
• Update relevant information in warehouse systems and trackers.
• Coordinate with warehouse and operational teams to support receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch activities.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation as required.
• Assist with stock-related records and ensure information is accurately captured.
• Coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of warehouse activities.
• Support the team in maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse operation.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar administrative or warehouse support role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Proficiency in updating and utilizing warehouse management systems.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, within the Al-Futtaim Automotive division, specifically supporting FAMCO's construction equipment operations. The role involves close coordination with various warehouse and operational teams.
