About the Role:
The Warehouse Manager will be an integral part of the HWL Saudi CLC team. You will support the GM-CLC in planning, developing, organizing, directing, managing, and evaluating the operations of our warehousing facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee warehouse operations and ensure processes run smoothly.
  • Plan and implement warehousing strategies.
  • Manage the warehousing team effectively.

About You:
  • Proven management skills with a strong ability to motivate teams.
  • Excellent knowledge of warehousing processes and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Strong capability in designing and calculating warehouse and supply chain processes.
  • Exceptional communication skills.

  • Knowledge of steel erection, welding, blasting, and painting procedures.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of industrial safety standards and QA/QC procedures.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with structural steel projects and protective coating systems.
  • Familiarity with coating inspection standards and welding practices.
  • Ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple site activities.
  • Computer knowledge for reporting and documentation.
