About the Worker Role

Saudia Dairy and Foodstuff Company (SADAFCO) is seeking a Worker to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time position is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, offering an opportunity to contribute to efficient production line operations.

Role Overview

The primary function of this role is to operate packing equipment to ensure a consistent supply of product to the production lines. The Worker will perform packing duties, collaborating with team members and support departments to maintain the continuous and efficient running of these lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure personal and team safety is prioritized during all duties.
• Maintain the highest standards of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Utilize correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
• Adhere to all Safety, Health, and Environmental procedures, including ISO and SOPs relevant to the role.
• Contribute to a culture that promotes behavioral awareness to minimize accidents and near misses.
• Maximize line efficiency during operation, changeovers, and wash downs.
• Understand and follow relevant procedures, including ISO and SOPs.
• Assist in training other team members as needed.
• Manage workload and agree on priorities with the Team Leader.
• Continuously seek improvements to duties to enhance the safety, cleanliness, and cost-effectiveness of the working environment.
• Collaborate effectively with departments such as Engineering Services (ES), Quality, Technical, and Manufacturing to optimize production line efficiency and promptly resolve any issues.
• Participate in daily meetings with the Team Leader to align on workload and priorities.
• Ensure high-quality shift handover procedures are followed.
• Report all Health & Safety incidents in accordance with company policy.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High School diploma.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Fluency in either English or Arabic.

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah. The role operates within a production environment, requiring close collaboration with various departments to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
