Proleaders Company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Media Presenter & Content Creator to join our team in Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role is crucial for enhancing our digital presence and engaging with our audience across key social media platforms.

Role Overview

The primary objective of this role is to project a dynamic and professional image of Proleaders Company and its brands. The successful candidate will achieve this by creating daily engaging digital content and serving as a media representative for the company on platforms such as Snapchat, TikTok, and Instagram. This position involves traveling between various departments, branches, and locations to document activities, services, events, and success stories, transforming them into short, interactive content that reflects the company's ethos and fosters audience connection.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute daily and weekly content plans in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Capture short, engaging video clips tailored to the specific nature of each social media platform.
• Generate diverse content ideas, including branch tours, service introductions, quick interviews, behind-the-scenes footage, field coverage, tips, offers, and success stories.
• Present content in a natural and lively manner, avoiding overly formal or direct advertising styles.
• Draft simple content ideas and scenarios prior to filming when necessary.
• Participate in the selection and quality review of content clips before final approval and publication.
• Represent the company as a media face, maintaining a positive and professional image that reflects company values and identity.
• Utilize appropriate language and communication style for target audiences and platforms.
• Conduct brief interviews with employees, clients, or event participants, ensuring all necessary approvals are secured.
• Provide interactive coverage of internal and external company events.
• Travel regularly between company branches, departments, and various locations to identify and document new services and activities.
• Coordinate with department managers to ensure accuracy of information before content publication.
• Monitor social media trends and integrate relevant ones into content strategies while maintaining brand identity.
• Propose innovative ideas to enhance viewership and audience engagement.
• Track audience feedback and recurring comments, reporting insights to the marketing team.
• Contribute to the evaluation of content performance to identify successful content types.
• Adhere strictly to publishing and privacy policies, ensuring all content is approved prior to release.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field is required.
• Possess a social, articulate, and confident demeanor when on camera.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate naturally, engagingly, and in a style that resonates with the audience.
• Strong creative sense and proven skill in generating diverse and fresh content ideas.
• Solid understanding of content dynamics specific to Snapchat, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Proficiency in shooting video content using a smartphone and preparing short clips suitable for immediate publication.
• Professional appearance and a positive presence that aligns with the company's image.
• Flexibility to travel between various company branches and locations, and to attend events as required.
• Commitment to accuracy and respect for the privacy of clients and employees.
• Previous experience in content presentation, videography, or social media account management is preferred.
