About the Role

ACUD Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Planning Engineer to join our team. This full-time position is based in the Makkah region, with operations spanning Jeddah and Makkah. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing and overseeing project planning activities, ensuring timely and efficient execution of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and evaluate project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Develop and analyze Cash In / Cash Out and Cash Flow for various projects.
• Generate periodic reports and executive monitoring dashboards for senior management.
• Monitor project time performance, conduct deviation analysis, and formulate Recovery Plans.
• Lead and guide project planning engineer teams, fostering the development of work methodologies.
• Coordinate with project management, technical office, and cost control departments to ensure integrated execution plans.
• Prepare Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and dashboards using Power BI.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in planning within contracting companies.
• Proven experience in tower and hotel projects is essential.
• Demonstrated experience in preparing and reviewing baseline schedules, recovery programs, and cash flow analysis.

Technical Proficiency

• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel.
• Good knowledge of the sequencing and linking of structural, architectural, and MEP (electromechanical) works within project schedules.

Essential Skills

• Strong leadership, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Ability to effectively manage work teams.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position within ACUD Company, operating in the dynamic construction sector across Jeddah and Makkah. The role requires active participation in project planning and coordination with various departments to ensure successful project delivery.
