About the Role

BEC Arabia is seeking a Senior Planning Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves contributing to the successful delivery of significant residential and commercial construction projects. The role requires a proactive individual with proven experience in project scheduling, progress monitoring, project controls, and stakeholder coordination within demanding building environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and monitor baseline and detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Track project progress and analyze schedule performance against approved milestones.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment with project timelines.
• Identify potential delays and develop recovery plans to maintain project objectives.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Perform critical path analysis, productivity assessments, and delay evaluations.
• Review subcontractor schedules and support project teams in achieving planned targets.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of planning experience specifically in residential and commercial construction projects.
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel.
• Demonstrated experience in project controls, progress measurement, and reporting.
