Responsible for sales operations

(of IT devices, tools, and software)

and customer support, providing after-sales services, and offering detailed information about devices and how well they meet customer needs, showcasing various features, and negotiating regarding business agreements with clients

Job Responsibilities

• Communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and identifying the appropriate product.
• Detailed knowledge of technical specifications and documenting them to ensure the best choice.
• Marketing and promoting a range of products.
• Developing effective sales plans using various sales methods.
• Meeting defined sales targets and contributing to team goals.
• Organizing and setting daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proficiency in communication skills with different personalities.
• Proficiency in presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Good understanding of IT devices and technologies and their commercial uses.
