Job Description

About the Role

Panda Retail Company, a member of Savola Group, announces its need for a specialized Security Manager to oversee regional security operations for its stores in the southern region of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This full-time position, based in Khamis Mushait in the Asir region, plays a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and security of all personnel and assets within its area of responsibility. The Security Manager will develop and implement robust security strategies to maintain a safe and protected environment for our employees and customers.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for employees and stores.
  • Conduct periodic assessments to identify potential security risks and implement effective mitigation measures.
  • Efficiently manage security personnel and resources to ensure optimal performance and operational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address security concerns, provide expert advice, and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Thoroughly investigate security incidents and develop proactive strategies to prevent their recurrence.
  • Stay abreast of emerging security trends and technologies to continuously enhance and improve security procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum qualification is a high school diploma, with a preference for candidates holding qualifications in related fields such as Security Management or Criminal Justice.
  • Proven experience in security management is essential, with a preference for candidates who have held regional roles. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience as a security supervisor, with at least 5 years of overall relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in regional security management is a prerequisite.
  • Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures is essential.
  • Proficiency in risk assessment and threat analysis is expected.
  • Experience in crisis management and response planning is vital.
  • Familiarity with surveillance and monitoring technologies is required.
  • Proficiency in operating security equipment, including CCTV and fire suppression systems, is essential.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams is essential.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills are required.
