Job Description

Our company is looking for an experienced Human Resources employee to join our team and contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies. You will be responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to departure, and ensuring compliance with all applicable policies and regulations.

**Tasks and Responsibilities:**

* Manage recruitment and selection processes, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring their compliance with Saudi labor laws.
* Manage employee affairs, including employment contracts, leaves, salaries, and benefits.
* Provide support and advice to employees and managers on various HR issues.
* Contribute to the development of employee training and development programs.
* Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for everyone.

Requirements

  • GOSI Registration Required
  • Requires 2-5 Years experience
