Join ITB Company as an IT Support and Maintenance Technician!
In this role, you will be an essential part of our technical team, responsible for ensuring the functionality and performance of our IT systems and networks in Khamis Mushait, 'Asir, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and configure computers, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
  • Respond promptly to technical support issues and requests.
  • Provide technical support (in-person or via phone).
  • Set up user accounts for new employees.
  • Repair and replace equipment as necessary.
  • Test new technologies and software.
  • Train junior staff members.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems.
  • Diagnose and repair faults.
  • Resolve network issues.
  • Support the launch of new applications.
  • Document procedural support.
  • Manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Support technical tasks for Prince and Deputy Prince's office in the Asir region.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
  • Attention to detail and listening skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities.
