Job Purpose
As a Senior Merchandiser, you will be part of the sales team aiming to maximize our on-shelf presence across all outlets. This role involves conducting in-store sampling sessions and promotions while ensuring adherence to planograms. You'll work closely with pre-sellers to communicate market information that can enhance selling opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Visit designated outlets following the daily journey plan.
  • Merchandize products at various access points including shelves and displays.
  • Place POS materials next to our displays.
  • Maintain compliance with approved planograms and report any deviations.
  • Ensure product freshness and cleanliness on shelves.
  • Monitor competitive activities and report them accordingly.
  • Participate in sampling and redemption campaigns as needed.
  • Maintain professional appearance and behavior per company standards.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
