About the Role

شركة العوجان للمرطبات is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse and outbound logistics operations at its main branch in Khamis Mushayt, Assir. This full-time position is crucial for maintaining product integrity and achieving operational targets.

Core Responsibilities

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of warehouse activities, including the receipt, storage, inventory management, shipment preparation, and distribution of all ACCBC beverage products. The primary objective is to ensure efficient operations while upholding product quality and regulatory compliance within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, warehousing, picking, packing, and distribution operations to ensure efficiency.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and product integrity checks.
• Implement the First-Expired-First-Out (FEFO) principle for effective stock rotation.
• Manage storage space and optimize its utilization.
• Manage transportation and distribution operations, ensuring timely shipment preparation and delivery.
• Supervise drivers and warehouse teams, focusing on performance development and productivity monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety requirements and applicable regulations.
• Manage damaged products and returns, monitor operational costs, and prepare performance reports.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this role are expected to have between 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in warehouse management and logistics operations. A strong understanding of inventory management principles, safety regulations, and operational efficiency is essential.
