About the Role
REEF GROUP is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations. This role is critical for ensuring the efficient execution of receiving, storage, and dispatch activities, maintaining high inventory accuracy, and upholding the quality of sensitive products such as perfumes. The position supports the needs of branches and sales channels, driving operational excellence across all warehouse functions within a fast-growing retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatching operations, ensuring adherence to approved policies and procedures.
- Organize warehouse workflow and allocate tasks among warehouse teams to maximize operational efficiency.
- Monitor daily operations, proactively identifying and resolving operational issues related to storage, preparation, and dispatch.
- Maintain optimal stock availability to support branches and sales channels without delays.
- Ensure accurate tracking of all inventory movements, including receiving, transfers, returns, and stock adjustments.
- Oversee and follow up on cycle counts and physical inventory activities to maintain data integrity.
- Analyze stock discrepancies, identify root causes, and coordinate the implementation of corrective actions.
- Maintain precise inventory records utilizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Ensure proper storage conditions are maintained for all products, with a particular focus on perfume and other sensitive items.
- Monitor product handling procedures to prevent damages, leakage, or loss, upholding product quality standards.
- Optimize warehouse organization and space utilization to enhance efficiency and accessibility.
- Ensure proper product arrangement according to established storage standards.
- Coordinate closely with logistics teams to ensure timely preparation and dispatch of all shipments.
- Oversee accurate picking, packing, loading, and internal movement of products.
- Support the smooth and consistent availability of products across all retail branches and sales channels.
- Monitor fulfillment accuracy and operational timelines to meet service level agreements.
- Supervise warehouse employees, ensuring strict adherence to operational standards and safety protocols.
- Track team performance, productivity, and discipline, fostering a high-performing work environment.
- Train team members on all relevant warehouse procedures, safety guidelines, and best practices.
- Promote a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement within the warehouse team.
- Prepare comprehensive operational reports detailing warehouse performance, inventory accuracy, and productivity metrics.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to reduce losses and enhance overall warehouse efficiency.
- Support the implementation of warehouse improvement initiatives and operational expansions.
- Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety procedures within the warehouse environment.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of progressive experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.
- Proven experience in supervising warehouse teams.
- Experience in retail, particularly with perfumes, cosmetics, FMCG, or luxury products, is highly preferred.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Warehouse Operations Management and Inventory & Stock Control.
- Expertise in Product Quality & Storage Standards and Distribution & Branch Support.
- Strong capabilities in Team Supervision & Performance management and Reporting & Process Improvement.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Solid understanding of stock handling, receiving, storage, and distribution processes.
- Excellent reporting and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and the capacity for managing daily operational priorities effectively.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires 5-10 years of experience. The company is REEF GROUP.
