About the Role

Reef Group is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a detail-oriented individual to ensure the efficient execution of receiving, storage, and dispatch activities, with a focus on maintaining inventory accuracy and product quality, particularly for perfumes and sensitive items. The role supports branch and sales channel requirements and drives operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatching operations.
  • Ensure all warehouse processes adhere to approved policies and procedures.
  • Organize warehouse workflow and allocate tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Monitor daily operations and resolve issues related to storage, preparation, and dispatch.
  • Monitor stock availability and ensure timely support for branches and sales channels.
  • Ensure accurate inventory movements, including receiving, transfers, returns, and adjustments.
  • Oversee cycle counts and physical inventory activities, analyzing discrepancies and coordinating corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Ensure proper storage conditions for perfumes and sensitive items, monitoring handling procedures to prevent damage or loss.
  • Optimize warehouse organization and space utilization, maintaining proper product arrangement.
  • Coordinate with logistics teams for timely shipment preparation and dispatch.
  • Ensure accurate picking, packing, loading, and internal product movement.
  • Support product availability across retail branches and sales channels, monitoring fulfillment accuracy and timelines.
  • Supervise warehouse employees, ensuring adherence to operational standards, tracking performance, and maintaining discipline.
  • Train team members on warehouse procedures, safety, and best practices, promoting a culture of accuracy and continuous improvement.
  • Prepare operational reports on warehouse performance, inventory accuracy, and productivity.
  • Identify improvement opportunities to reduce losses and enhance warehouse efficiency, supporting improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field. The role requires 2-5 years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory management, with previous experience supervising warehouse teams being essential. Experience in retail, perfumes, cosmetics, FMCG, or luxury products is highly preferred.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control.
  • Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Understanding of stock handling, receiving, storage, and distribution processes.
  • Good reporting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to lead teams and manage daily operational priorities effectively.
