About the Warehouse Supervisor Role

Sika is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and shipping operations in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a proactive individual committed to maintaining efficient and accurate warehouse management. The role is integral to ensuring smooth logistical processes and supporting the company's operational success.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist in daily warehouse and shipping activities, including order fulfillment, internal shipping requirements, and shipment accuracy.
• Oversee the receiving of incoming materials, ensuring they align with Purchase Orders and are in good condition. Report any discrepancies immediately to the Purchase Department.
• Develop and maintain departmental work instructions for all tasks.
• Establish or adjust work procedures to meet warehouse demands and interpret company policies, enforcing safety regulations.
• Recommend measures to improve service quality, departmental efficiency, and equipment performance.
• Continuously improve warehouse operations and coordinate activities with management.
• Monitor stock nearing expiration (within three months) and report to management monthly.
• Monitor Minimum and Maximum stock levels, reporting any drops below the minimum immediately.
• Arrange customer material deliveries according to service level agreements, reporting any delays to the Sales Engineer.
• Maintain a service logbook for each vehicle, ensuring vehicles are clean and in working condition.
• Record monthly deliveries made by each driver and monitor daily attendance of subordinates, reporting absences or sickness to HR with a copy to management.
• Ensure warehouse premises are clean, safe, and equipped with necessary safety tools and first aid facilities.
• Assist in quarterly/yearly stocktaking activities.
• Maintain records of Goods Received Notes (GRNs) and send copies to the Purchase Department.
• Maintain records of signed Delivery Orders and Sales Invoices, sending copies to the Regional Customer Service Representative.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or high diploma in Supply Chain or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant warehouse experience, including at least 1 year of previous supervisory experience.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
