Kinetic Business Solutions is partnering with a leading pharmaceutical company to recruit a Warehouse Manager. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves overseeing critical warehouse operations within a regulated environment.

The Role of Warehouse Manager

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive management of daily warehouse activities, ensuring strict adherence to industry standards and company quality protocols. This role is central to maintaining efficient material flow and operational excellence within the pharmaceutical supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations in compliance with cGMP and company quality standards.
• Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, including temperature-sensitive products.
• Ensure accurate warehouse documentation and inventory transactions within the ERP system.
• Coordinate the timely supply of materials to production and packaging departments.
• Develop and maintain warehouse Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), while managing deviations, investigations, and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs).
• Support internal, regulatory, and customer audits, ensuring ongoing compliance.
• Manage warehouse resources, budgets, equipment, and service contracts.
• Lead, train, and develop the warehouse team to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and support departmental objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector or a similarly regulated industry. A strong understanding of cGMP principles and quality management systems is essential for this role.
