About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess solid experience in system maintenance, installation, and technical support for IT and electronic systems. This role involves supporting advanced surveying and technical systems, ensuring smooth operations, and providing effective technical assistance to clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and configuration of IT and electronic systems.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Diagnose and resolve connectivity, configuration, and performance problems.
- Collaborate with technical and sales teams to fulfill project requirements.
- Maintain accurate service records and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company quality and operational standards.

Qualifications
- Saudi nationals are preferred.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in system maintenance, installation, or technical support.
- Strong understanding of IT systems, electronics, and related hardware.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Must be currently residing in Madinah.
