About the Role:
Join ETS, a global leader in education and talent solutions, as a Finance Manager to oversee financial operations in Saudi Arabia. This pivotal role will ensure regulatory compliance while enhancing financial visibility and control across our regional headquarters.

Main Duties:
  • Regulatory & Government Compliance:
    Ensure 100% compliance with ZATCA, GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, and MHRSD platforms, aiming for zero penalties and supporting audits positively.
  • Vendor Management & Daily Transactions:
    Oversee accurate processing of daily financial transactions and timely vendor payments.
  • Financial Reconciliation:
    Conduct monthly reconciliation of test registrations versus collections to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Financial Operations:
    Complete monthly financial closes and monitor budget variances.
  • Banking Relationship Management:
    Manage local banking accounts, ensuring compliance and documentation are up to date.

Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of Saudi regulatory frameworks, proven financial management experience, and excellent analytical skills are essential.

Experience:
A minimum of 5-7 years in finance or accounting within a multinational corporate finance context is required; prior exposure to Saudi regulations is highly desirable.

Education:
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Proficiency in English is necessary, and knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
