Propose practical and cost-effective solutions to achieve design goals without compromising quality. Coordinate design revisions or material substitutions with consultants and clients.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain detailed records of site activities, material usage, and progress updates for finishing works. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports outlining accomplishments, challenges, and corrective actions. Develop as-built drawings, material specifications, and quality checklists for project handover.
  • Handover and Client Engagement: Conduct final walkthroughs with clients to ensure all finishing works meet expectations. Prepare and resolve snag lists prior to the handover process. Provide clients with maintenance guidelines, warranties, and material care instructions.
