Job Purpose
Overseeing and coordinating the final stages of construction, focusing on the finishing touches that give the villa its final look and functionality. Supervising all activities related to the interior and exterior finishes, including plastering, painting, flooring, tiling, carpentry, and installation of fixtures and fittings. Ensure that work is completed according to design specifications, quality standards, and within project timelines.

Key Accountability Areas
  • Supervision and Coordination: Oversee all on-site finishing work, manage trades teams, and ensure tasks align with architectural drawings and client requirements.
  • Material Management: Coordinate procurement and monitor material usage.
  • Scheduling and Time Management: Manage finishing work schedule and communicate with project teams.
  • Communication and Reporting: Update project manager on progress and challenges.
  • Problem-Solving and Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve quality or installation issues.
  • Final Inspections and Handover: Ensure high-quality finishing and manage snagging before handover.

Role Accountability
  • HR Proficiency: Train subordinates and provide leadership.
  • Delivery: Meet operational targets efficiently.
  • Quality: Ensure quality requirements are met.
  • Compliance: Adhere to relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures.

Academic Qualification: Diploma Degree in any relevant field.
Work Experience: 4 to 6 years.
Technical / Functional Competencies: Materials knowledge, work order management, and proficiency in hand/power tools.
