Main Tasks:

  • Cutting carcasses and large pieces of meat (beef, lamb, chicken) according to technical recipes and health standards.
  • Preparing semi-processed meat products — cutting, grinding, seasoning, shaping, packaging, and vacuum sealing.
  • Compliance with halal slaughter standards, including separate storage and labeling of raw materials.
  • Monitoring meat quality: visual inspection, checking odor, expiration dates, temperature control.
  • Handling technical equipment: meat grinders, slicers, vacuum machines, saws, refrigeration rooms.
  • Monitoring the quantities of raw materials and inventory, conducting withdrawals and labeling according to the FIFO system.
  • Compliance with HACCP standards, health regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and personal hygiene and workplace cleanliness requirements.

  • Expert or Advanced in English
