Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote hotel services and facilities.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Oversee brand positioning to align with Accor’s global standards.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Revenue teams to optimize occupancy and revenue.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external agencies and tourism partners.
  • Monitor marketing performance and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness.
  • Plan seasonal offers and promotions for local and international guests.
  • Ensure effective management of marketing materials and online reputation.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in hospitality marketing, preferably with international hotel brands.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and social media management.
  • Familiarity with the Saudi hospitality market is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and Microsoft Office applications.
