We at Medicals International are looking for a dedicated and skilled Medical Sales Representative to manage and organize all accounts in your assigned territory. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of professional ethics and product knowledge.

Main Functions:
  • Marketing Function:
    • Implement the marketing plan set by management.
    • Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends.
    • Provide training for practitioners and assistant regarding product use.
    • Maintain a professional image and educate customers about competitive products.
    • Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally.
  • Selling Function:
    • Introduce and sell our complete product line.
    • Achieve sales targets according to a set schedule.
    • Conduct a minimum of 15 sales calls daily.
    • Manage sales transactions effectively.
  • Managerial/Administrative:
    • Optimize time management in the assigned territory.
    • Keep organized records of customer interactions.
    • Submit daily activity reports.
Special Conditions:
  • This is a field job, requiring regular travel.
  • A valid driving license is mandatory.
  • Being connected via email daily is essential due to the nature of the work.

Knowledge and Skills Required:
  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; a Master's is a plus.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication, time management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong personality with the ability to perform under pressure.
