Job Purpose
Supervise wholesale branch operations, including sales team supervision, customer satisfaction, inventory optimization, and meeting sales targets. Foster a positive work environment, ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards, and drive wholesale business success through efficient inventory management.

Business Planning and Performance: Able to transform the corporate goals into business plans.
Organizational Development: Develop the organizational structure according to the current requirements.
Business Process Improvements: Develop, coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.
Quality: Quality is considered as alfanar’s prime competitive advantage.
Health, Safety and Environment: Ensure a safe, secure, and legal work environment.
Supervise wholesale branch operations, including sales team supervision, customer satisfaction, inventory optimization, and meeting sales targets. Key Accountability Areas
- Sales and Marketing Strategy: Implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve designated sales targets.
- Market Analysis and Competitor Assessment: Monitor market updates, competitor behavior, and demand trends.
- Customer Relationship Management: Leverage relationships with customers to build long-term partnerships.
- Administrative Oversight: Provide close supervision of the company's administrative services.
- Financial Management: Monitor Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and collaborate with the sales team to collect receivables as needed.
- Performance and Business Continuity: Develop a detailed plan to manage customer performance and ensure business continuity.
Role Accountability
- HR Proficiency: Ability to recruit, recognize and cultivate high performers.
- Responsibility: Must take full responsibility for his operation as per the job description and the required deliverables.
- Delivery: Deliver the required results in a timely manner with required quality and cost.
