Job Purpose
Supervise wholesale branch operations, including sales team supervision, customer satisfaction, inventory optimization, and meeting sales targets. Foster a positive work environment, ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards, and drive wholesale business success through efficient inventory management.

Key Accountability Areas
  • Sales and Marketing Strategy: Implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve designated sales targets.
  • Market Analysis and Competitor Assessment: Monitor market updates, competitor behavior, and demand trends.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Leverage relationships with customers to build long-term partnerships.
  • Administrative Oversight: Provide close supervision of the company's administrative services.
  • Financial Management: Monitor Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and collaborate with the sales team to collect receivables as needed.
  • Performance and Business Continuity: Develop a detailed plan to manage customer performance and ensure business continuity.

  • Responsibility: Must take full responsibility for his operation as per the job description and the required deliverables.
