Job Summary:
A secretary at Al-Ghad College for Health Sciences, a leading educational institution, providing individuals with the opportunity to participate in supporting higher education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Job Requirements:
  • The applicant must hold a bachelor's degree in management, office management, executive secretarial, or any related field.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in secretarial or administrative work.
  • Preferably someone with previous experience in academic work or in colleges and higher education institutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Organizing schedules, appointments, and meetings for the dean, the agency, or the department.
  • Preparing and editing correspondence, official letters, and administrative reports.
  • Receiving and responding to phone calls and emails in a professional manner.
  • Coordinating meetings and preparing minutes.
  • Organizing files and documents systematically.
  • Following up on the implementation of decisions issued by the deanship.
  • Supporting the implementation of academic and administrative events.
