International Sales Manager

Location: Mecca – Saudi Arabia
Employment Type: Full-Time (On-site)

Salary: To be determined after the interview

About the Company

PRSSO is a Saudi brand specializing in innovative oral care products, and it is expanding into international markets by building sustainable partnerships and distribution channels.

Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and implement an international sales strategy.
Open new markets and build a network of international distributors and partners.
Manage customer and distributor relationships outside the Kingdom.
Achieve sales and growth targets in international markets.
Negotiate commercial contracts and agreements.
Monitor market trends and competitors and identify new opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
Participate in international trade fairs and events as needed.
Prepare periodic reports on sales and performance.

Required Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in international sales or business development.
Experience in dealing with distributors and foreign markets.
Proficiency in the English language, spoken and written; additional languages are a plus.
High skills in negotiation and building business relationships.
Ability to travel and represent the company in international markets.
Experience in the Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, regulated industries, or oral care products and modern alternatives is preferred.
