Conditions and Requirements:

Saudi nationality.
Holds a Fal license for real estate brokerage and marketing.
Full knowledge of accredited real estate platforms and updates from the Real Estate General Authority.
Possess an excellent and strong client base in the real estate sector.
Excellent and active knowledge of real estate developers and projects in Mecca and Medina.
High professional skills in negotiation, persuasion, and deal closing.
Effective communication, passion for growth, and ability to work in a team spirit.
Extensive experience in dealing with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase sales.

* Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients and understand their needs.

* Provide professional presentations of real estate projects and explain their advantages.

* Continuous follow-up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and complete sales transactions.

* Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends and competitors.

GOSI Registration Required
Requires 2-5 Years experience
Intermediate in English
