About the Role

Waad Education Company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Islamic Education Teacher to join their team in Makkah, with opportunities in Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role requires 5-10 years of experience and focuses on delivering high-quality Islamic education in accordance with approved curricula.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Islamic Education in line with the approved curriculum.
• Prepare lessons and educational plans tailored to student needs.
• Promote Islamic values, principles, and positive behavior among students.
• Utilize diverse and interactive teaching strategies to encourage student participation.
• Develop assignments, activities, tests, and continuous assessments.
• Monitor students' academic progress and provide support to those requiring reinforcement.
• Integrate modern educational tools and technologies into the teaching process.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Collaborate with the department team, administration, and parents to serve student interests.
• Participate in school activities, events, meetings, and professional development programs.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Islamic Studies, Sharia, Islamic Education, or a related field.
• Previous experience in teaching Islamic Education, preferably at the primary level.
• Good knowledge of modern curricula and teaching strategies.
• Ability to manage classrooms and interact effectively with students.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in using technology and educational platforms.
• Commitment to professionalism and school policies.
• Experience in private schools is preferred.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position within an educational setting, requiring collaboration with colleagues, administration, and parents to foster a supportive learning environment. The role is based in Makkah, with opportunities available in Jeddah and Makkah.
