About the Property Appraiser Role

Ejadah Professional is seeking a Property Appraiser to join our team. This full-time position will be based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role involves conducting property appraisals, analyzing market data, and preparing comprehensive appraisal reports in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Property Appraiser will be responsible for a range of duties to ensure accurate property valuations and reporting. This includes:

• Conducting detailed property appraisals.
• Collecting and analyzing local real estate market data.
• Preparing detailed, factual, and objective property appraisal reports.
• Interacting with clients, intermediaries, and government agencies to verify property information and clarify appraisal assumptions.
• Maintaining the accuracy of all property-related documents.
• Supporting internal financial reviews.
• Contributing to the development of appraisal methodologies and best practices.
• Attending team meetings and conducting continuous follow-up on properties and their respective markets.
• Attending appraisal meetings.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Candidates for this role should possess a strong foundation in property and appraisal principles, along with a dynamic understanding of the local real estate market. Essential qualifications include:

• A broad understanding of property and appraisal principles.
• Dynamism and knowledge of the local real estate market.
• The ability to conduct comprehensive property appraisals, collect accurate data, and interpret financial and legal property information.
• Proficiency in appraisal software and the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel spreadsheets, appraisal templates, and report writing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills in Arabic.
• Management skills and adherence to deadlines.
• Familiarity with property appraisals and appraisal standards within the Saudi Arabian real estate sector.

Proficiency and Language

Proficiency in using appraisal software and the Microsoft Office suite is required. While excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills in Arabic are essential, proficiency in English is considered a plus for this role.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position. The role will be based in the cities of Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
