About the Role
HungerStation, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking an Account Manager to join its team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. Delivery Hero is a global leader in local delivery platforms, operating in approximately 65 countries worldwide and headquartered in Berlin, Germany. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of HungerStation's services.
Role Overview and Responsibilities
The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters. This role involves building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships, negotiating contracts, and closing agreements to achieve profitability. You will develop trusted advisory relationships with key accounts and their stakeholders, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned with customer needs and objectives. Regular communication of initiative progress to internal and external stakeholders is essential. Additionally, the role includes identifying opportunities for growth within existing client accounts and developing new business to meet sales targets, as well as forecasting and tracking key account metrics and preparing status reports.
Operational Duties
In this full-time position, you will adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and processes to ensure consistent and controlled daily operations. You will contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement in processes, practices, cost-effectiveness, and productivity. Promoting adherence to company policies and procedures among colleagues is also part of the role. Ensuring work continuity through daily operations and contributing to timely, accurate reporting to meet objectives and standards are key aspects of this position. A focus on ensuring the satisfaction of both internal and external customers through courteous and timely service is expected.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates for this Account Manager position are required to have between 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is mandatory. A Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Work Location and Type
This is a full-time position based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
Collaboration and Support
The Account Manager will collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within their assigned territory. You will also assist with challenging client requests and issue escalations as needed, ensuring a high level of client support and retention.
