Assistant Human Resources Manager FMCG SAR Total Package

About the Role

Talent Employ is seeking an Assistant Human Resources Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time role requires a professional with a strong background in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, responsible for managing comprehensive HR functions and supporting organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in alignment with company objectives and applicable labor laws.
• Manage the full recruitment and selection process, including manpower planning, job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
• Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution.
• Manage employee compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and annual salary reviews.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records, personnel files, attendance, leave, and employment documentation.
• Monitor compliance with labor laws, company policies, employment contracts, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate employee performance management, appraisals, training, and development programs.
• Oversee workforce planning, succession planning, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Manage HR reporting, headcount analysis, turnover rates, absenteeism, and other key HR metrics.
• Coordinate visa processing, work permits, residency permits, and employee mobilization in collaboration with relevant departments, where applicable.
• Provide HR guidance and support to management and department heads on staffing, employee performance, and organizational matters.
• Supervise the HR team, allocate responsibilities, and monitor departmental performance.
• Support organizational development, change management, and continuous improvement of HR processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience as an HR professional within the FMCG sector.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a wide range of HR functions effectively.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah. The role involves working within a dynamic team environment, contributing to the strategic HR direction of the company.
