About the Auditor-Income Role
Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts is seeking an Auditor-Income to join their team in Makkah. This full-time position requires 0-1 years of experience and focuses on ensuring the accuracy of financial records and supporting the hotel's financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
The Auditor-Income will be responsible for a range of financial duties, including:
- Verifying the accuracy of financial figures, entries, and documents.
- Recording, storing, accessing, and analyzing computerized financial information.
- Controlling and obtaining hotel cash and cash equivalents in accordance with established policies.
- Organizing, securing, and maintaining all files and records according to document retention and confidentiality procedures.
- Preparing, maintaining, and distributing statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables.
- Auditing statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables.
- Auditing and reconciling all revenue entries.
Compliance and Professional Conduct
Adherence to company policies and procedures is essential. This includes:
- Complying with all company safety and security policies and procedures, reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions.
- Maintaining a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance.
- Protecting company assets and the privacy and security of guests and colleagues.
- Speaking with others using clear and professional language and answering the telephone using appropriate protocol.
- Cultivating and maintaining positive working relationships with colleagues and supporting team goals.
- Adhering to quality assurance expectations and standards.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent certificate from a General Educational Development (GED) program.
- Experience: No relevant work experience is required.
- Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required.
- License or Certification: None required.
Physical Demands
This role involves some physical activity, including the ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 10 pounds or less without assistance.
Additional Duties
The Auditor-Income may be asked to perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
