The Role of Receptionist

Almarai is seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join its team. This full-time position involves managing communications and supporting departmental operations. The role is based in one of the following locations: Makkah, King Abdullah Economic City, or Rabigh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to and answer incoming telephone and radio calls.
• Communicate messages and calls to the respective departments.
• Maintain an accurate log of all outgoing and incoming calls.
• Inform the Shift Manager of any issues pertinent to the department.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience.
