About the Role

People Group Arabia is seeking experienced Saudi professionals for a City Management role within a major new development in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for individuals with over 10 years of relevant experience, focusing on the operational strategy, service delivery, and long-term performance of a significant new destination.

Key Areas of Focus

The role encompasses critical aspects of city management and facilities management, ensuring the successful establishment and operation of the development. Responsibilities will span across various operational and strategic functions.

• City operations, public realm, and community services.
• Urban services, infrastructure coordination, and stakeholder management.
• Service delivery, operational standards, and performance management.
• Mobilisation and transition into live operations.
• Hard and soft Facilities Management (FM) operations.
• Asset management, maintenance strategies, and lifecycle planning.
• Management of FM service providers, contracts, budgets, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Mobilisation, operational readiness, and service excellence within FM.

Candidate Requirements

Candidates must be Saudi nationals with substantial experience in relevant fields. The position requires a proven ability to manage complex operations and deliver high standards of service.

• Saudi national with relevant experience in city management, facilities management, or large-scale developments.
• Over 10 years of experience within major real estate developments, master-planned communities, destinations, or hospitality environments.
• Demonstrated strong stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proven commercial awareness and operational leadership skills.
• A track record of delivering high standards of service, efficiency, and customer experience.

Location and Work Type

This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, supporting a significant new development in the region.
