As a Public Area Cleaner at Hilton, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness of public areas and delivering an excellent experience for our guests and members. This position involves managing customer issues and undertaking regular deep cleaning tasks to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Ensure cleanliness of all public areas
  • Manage customer service issues promptly and effectively
  • Undertake regular deep cleaning tasks such as monthly deep cleaning and carpet shampooing
  • Report any maintenance issues to the Maintenance/Engineering Department
  • Ensure compliance with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation
  • Carry out any other reasonable tasks as assigned by management
