About the Role

Janikin Energy is seeking an Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer to join a major power generation project in Saudi Arabia. This contract role is based in the Jiddah and Makkah region, specifically near Rabigh, and requires 5-10 years of relevant experience. The position involves providing specialized technical support and field advisory services for critical power generation systems.

Project and Assignment Details

This assignment is for a long-term duration, supporting a significant power generation initiative. The primary work location is Rabigh, Saudi Arabia, situated approximately one hour from Jeddah. The standard working schedule is a five-day week, from Sunday to Thursday.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support for OEM gas turbine equipment.
• Advise on the operation and maintenance of H-Class gas turbines.
• Support associated power generation systems within the project.
• Deliver effective field advisory services to ensure operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience as an Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer or Technical Field Advisor.
• Previous hands-on experience working directly with OEM gas turbine equipment is essential.
• Prior experience supporting H-Class gas turbines and their associated power generation systems.
• Experience gained with a leading OEM's equipment in the power generation sector.
