About the Role

robusta is seeking an experienced Engagement Manager for a 10-month, full-time, on-site contract in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This role involves leading the day-to-day delivery of a high-impact client engagement, serving as the primary client contact, and ensuring seamless coordination across multiple workstreams.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Engagement Manager will be responsible for driving project governance and delivering successful outcomes through collaboration with internal teams and external partners. This position requires a professional who can effectively manage complex projects, align client expectations with delivery capabilities, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships throughout the engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for the client and own the day-to-day project delivery.
• Lead and coordinate delivery across three parallel workstreams, including third-party partner-managed streams and a core software delivery workstream.
• Develop and manage the overall project delivery plan, ensuring milestones and timelines are met.
• Facilitate governance meetings, project status updates, and executive progress reporting.
• Track actions, dependencies, risks, and issues, escalating where appropriate.
• Ensure alignment between client expectations, delivery teams, partner outputs, and project objectives.
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships and maintain clear communication throughout the engagement.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5–8 years of experience in Engagement Management, Program Management, Project Management, or Management Consulting.
• Proven experience managing complex, client-facing projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong project planning, coordination, governance, risk management, and reporting skills.
• Experience working with software delivery teams and third-party vendors is highly preferred.

Contract and Work Model

This is a full-time, on-site contract position with a duration of 10–12 months. The role is based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, requiring daily presence at the client site.
