About the Executive Housekeeper Role

Hilton is seeking a Full-time Executive Housekeeper to join its team in Makkah. This role is central to maintaining the high standards of hospitality and cleanliness that define the Hilton guest experience. The Executive Housekeeper will lead all aspects of housekeeping operations, ensuring memorable stays for every guest.

Role Summary

The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for directing comprehensive housekeeping operations. This includes strategic management, upholding quality standards across all hotel areas, and fostering a high-performing team. The position requires a focus on operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and adherence to regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of housekeeping operations, including system management, budgeting, forecasting, inventory control, and policy implementation.
  • Oversee and uphold cleanliness, service, and product quality standards in guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices, and meeting areas.
  • Partner with Property Operations and other departments on rehabilitation and capital improvement projects to enhance facilities.
  • Cultivate a high-performing team through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards, particularly as related to the proper usage of chemicals and cleaning supplies.

Experience Requirements

Candidates for this Full-time position should possess 5-10 years of experience in a relevant housekeeping leadership role. Demonstrated ability to manage complex operational aspects and lead a diverse team is essential for success in this position.
