About the Role

Nujoom Sports Management is expanding its football academy and is seeking experienced individuals to join its team. This is a full-time opportunity to contribute to the development of one of Saudi Arabia's football programs, working in association with a professional football club and an international leadership team.

Role Context

The role involves contributing to the growth and success of Nujoom Football Academy. The academy is focused on player development and coaching excellence. This position is based in the Makkah region, specifically in Jeddah and Makkah.

Responsibilities

As a Head Coach / Location Lead / Football Coach, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and delivering coaching sessions focused on player development.
• Managing a specific location within the academy's operations.
• Ensuring high standards of coaching and player progression.
• Contributing to the overall strategy and development of the football program.
• Collaborating with the international leadership team and professional club associates.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• A minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 10 years of relevant experience in football coaching and development.
• Demonstrated passion for player development and coaching excellence.
• Experience in a leadership or management capacity within a sports organization is preferred.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position. The role is based in the Makkah region, with opportunities in both Jeddah and Makkah.
