Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah for a Wellness Chef (Culinary Nutrition Specialist). The Wellness Chef will design and prepare balanced, health-focused meals and create tailored meal plans that meet the nutritional and lifestyle needs of executive participants.

The program will begin with one individual and may expand to include up to four or five additional Executive Officers based on results and engagement. The Chef will work closely with participants to understand their habits, preferences, and wellness objectives, while staying current with the latest culinary and nutrition trends.

The role also includes training and knowledge transfer — delivering practical workshops for cooks and staff on healthy meal preparation, portion control, ingredient sourcing, and modern, health-conscious cooking methods.

Qualifications
- Expertise in culinary arts, recipe development, and meal planning
- Strong understanding of nutrition science and dietary needs
- Experience in food safety and kitchen hygiene
- Ability to provide personalized nutrition and health advice
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills (English is a must; Arabic is an asset)
- Culinary or nutrition degree/certification is a must
- Experience working in a wellness or health-focused environment is a plus

  • Strong knowledge of contracts, tenders, cost estimation, and procurement management.
  • Must be currently residing in Saudi Arabia with the ability to transfer sponsorship.
  • Excellent command of Arabic and English (spoken and written).
