About the Role

IBRAQ (إبراق) is seeking a Human Resources Operations Officer (Tamheer) to join our team. This full-time position is based in the Makkah region, with opportunities in both Jeddah and Makkah cities, offering a foundational experience in human resources operations.

Role Overview

The Human Resources Operations Officer (Tamheer) will support the daily functions of the HR department, gaining practical experience across various HR processes. This role is designed for individuals eager to develop a career in human resources within a professional environment, contributing to the efficiency of HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily HR operations and employee services.
• Assist with managing employee files, documentation, and HR records.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
• Assist with HR systems and ensure accurate data updates.
• Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related requests and inquiries.
• Prepare reports and provide support for other HR administrative tasks.

Qualifications and Program Eligibility

• Saudi national.
• Eligible for the Tamheer program.
• Must not have been registered with GOSI (Social Insurance) during the last 6 months.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Eagerness to learn and develop a career in Human Resources.
